Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the images.
Furthermore included in this new document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a key identifying distinct parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
